The UConn Huskies are one day away from the season opener as Jim Mora’s squad gets ready to host NC State to kick off a highly-anticipated 2023 season.
It’s been a while since the Huskies have come into a season with the vibes being so positive. Seeing the team make a bowl and then add around 20 experienced transfers in the offseason has fans feeling that UConn is sure to build on last year’s success.
Those transfers are all over the first version of the depth chart that we received. New starters at QB, WR, LB, and DB indicate that these additions are expected to make a large impact.
In this episode, we went through our observations and surprises from the depth chart and gave Luke a chance to drop his take on UConn’s new starting QB (Tucker and Aman did a quick pod on it below). We also broke down the matchup against NC State and expectations for Thursday night at the Rent.
