Welcome back to our UConn football podcast!
After facing allegations that the program was circling the drain, UConn football and head coach Jim Mora have proven many doubters wrong and have lots of reasons to believe in a brighter future for 2023 and beyond.
Mora followed up last year’s 6-7 campaign by bringing in a former Husky captain to coach WRs and aggressively improving the roster via the transfer portal. Multiple new receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs are bolstering depth at key positions, and a new quarterback and running back bring a lot to the fold as well.

But the schedule is a challenging one. Winning six games will not be easy, even with notable improvements on both sides of the ball.
